Called
I entered this year confident in my purpose, with a new coaching practice, a new focus, and a deep sense that I was stepping into what I was called to do.
And yet, somewhere along the way, criticism from someone I once admired began to speak louder than my own knowing.
So quietly, I mistook reaction for refinement and thought I needed to change.
Thank heaven for love, and for friends and mentors who steadied me, reminded me, and held space when I needed it most.
Now I see it clearly.
My allegiance is not to men.
My identity is not shaped by feedback.
My self-opinion is anchored in what Iām called to do.
And when that calling brings joy?
That is not indulgence. It is alignment.
It is confirmation.
As this year comes to a close, I invite you to release voices that pull you away from your calling instead of deeper into it.
Ask yourself what you were created to do and notice where joy shows up.
That is often where purpose lives.
Happy New Year, friends.
Wishing you great joy and many blessings,
